Mexico Airport Terminal 2 building consists of three levels: PB, PA and MZ (Planta Baja, Planta Alta and Mezzanine). Terminal 2 is home of all Aeroméxico flights, being its main distribution center. It also helps that I am good friends with one of the terminal porters so he knew the storage guy personally.Mexico City Airport Terminal 2 is the newest terminal in Mexico City Airport, opened in 2007. Not to say that I was not nervous those entire 3 hours and was happy to get my stuff bag. It was only for about 3 hours but worth the convenience. If there was not a guy there at all times, I would not have done it. Between the camera and laptop, it was about $4K in goods and that does not include my two large bags. Taxi was not an option for other reasons.Īs for safe, I would do it again. ![]() Not cheap but I had to take the Metro to see a client and was not about to drag the bags around. While I can't remember the cost of the locker, each bag was $100 pesos or about $8 USD back then. There is a guy there at all times and he takes the money as well as gets the bags from upstairs. The larger bags are kept in a little upstairs loft. ![]() The smaller bags fit into the lockers and it is the standard drop the coins in and you can pull the key out. I had two full size suitcases and some smaller ones with my DLSR camera and a laptop. I used the lockers in terminal 1 on the first floor near the Metro entrance. ![]()
